I was shocked at how easy this was! Save yourself the 50 bucks it costs to get it from the Noble collection (:
You Will Need
- Flat Headed Pliers
- 2 Head Pin(s) (the kind used for earrings. preferably with flat heads)
- 2 round Spacer Beads small enough to fit between medium and large key ring
- Wire Cutters
- Gold Spray Paint
- round and flatPliers
- 1 Medium KeyRing
- 2 Round Beads(small enough to fit in the small ring)
- 1String the wire (about 2-3 inches should be plenty of excess.)through the two beads.
- 2Wrap the wire around the ring on both sides and secure it by running it under the loops.
I just used a cheap metal size 6 ring. Mine was from Aeropostale but I'm positive you can get them elsewhere. - 3It should look like this.
- 4Slide both sides of the excess wire into the smaller of the two key rings.
- 5Cut off ALMOST all the excess wire, leaving a short tip to bend slightly around the key ring.
(once everything is spray painted it'll stay in place better but still be able to spin) - 6Both sides should look like this, if not a tiny bit shorter.
- 7Now put the two head pins on the key ring too. They should be perpendicular to the beads.
Then string the spacer beads onto the head pins. The beads MUST be small enough to fit between the two key rings. If you have none that fit, it's better not to use any. - 8Here's a different angle.
- 9Slide the ends of the head pins through the bigger key ring.
- 10Put two more spacer beads on the ends. These are optional but I think they look good.
- 11Use the round and flat plier to bend the ends into loops.
- 12Spray paint it gold and wait for it to dry!
